2020 ¡Ay CRAMBA It’s Cold Out! Fatbike / Snow Bike Festival

Good afternoon; welcome to 2020!

We're pleased to announce that CRAMBA will be hosting the annual ¡Ay CRAMBA It’s Cold Out! Fatbike / Snow Bike Festival, a celebration of winter riding at Shelby Township’s River Bends Park. This year's event will be on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

(If weather or trail conditions are poor, we'll move things to the backup date of February 22nd, 2020 and let you all know ahead of time via email and social media posts.)

Bring your friends and come join us for group rides, fatbike demos, hot bonfires, chili, and tasty beverages with a more than a hundred of your fellow fatbikers. This is a potluck-style event; bring food, snacks, and/or drinks to share. Yes, beer and wine are allowed; please be responsible with your consumption.

Everyone is welcome, CRAMBA members or otherwise!

Once again we’ll have Made in the USA CRAMBA Winter Hats available for $20. With only 96 being made you’ll want to get yours soon; last year they sold out within a couple hours. We’ll also have SBR (Snow Bike Route) decals for $5/each, perfect for your bike rack or car window. All profits go right back to supporting the trails you love!

We’ll have the River Bends Snow Bike Route (RB-SBR) groomed by CRAMBA volunteers specifically for fatbike riding. New for this year the RB-SBR adds the 2.6 mile CK Canal Loop for a full 7.5 miles of groomed riding! Click here to download the updated RB-SBR map.

For the hardy, add in the challenge of some classic fatbiking by riding the full Yellow loop which swaps some two track for 3/4 of a mile of ungroomed, foot-and-bike packed single track.

Let us know you're coming via our event here on Facebook, and if you aren't yet a member, Join CRAMBA to support the trails you love and the work we do to keep them great!
