Floating Disc Rotor Option

Looking for a good alternative to a floating “2 piece” disc rotor rather than SRAM

I use Shimano XT and XTR rotors without issue. I thought the color of Hope rotors would look nice on my SS build so I tried them but the rivets are out pretty far and they hit the caliper or mount, I can't remember which but they didn't work.
