Frogglegs W/ MTB Levers

Are Empella's Frogglegs canti's compatible with standard MTB levers? I'm thinking about putting them on a '94 Mongoose Sycamore which already has a set of canti's on it. But if they're not compatible, i'll throw them up for sale in the classifieds
