Mmm, tearing open the top of an ingrown hair with tweezers, to squeeze out pus and the weirdly twisted up piece of hair. And some blood.

But, it gets better real fast after that!


haha. i've become pretty intimate with our magnifying mirror. :oops:

i did try the self-extraction method before i went to urgent care, but it quickly became apparent it was beyond my pain threshold / tools on hand.

i'm telling myself we're past the point of "TMI" here ( :lol: ), so admittedly I think doing just that contributed to my dilemma.



to follow up, i successfully rode an Iceman out & back this weekend. i had to be mindful of where i was on the saddle, but all things considered it went well.
