I rode the lakeview trail yesterday after work. It is great to ride with only a small amount of snow, however it was soft on the dirt/mud areas. When the ground is frozen, meaning temps below freezing overnight, this trail could easily be ridden with any bike.
As a note I had studs, and was probably overkill.

Perfect today. Watch out for a single broken board on the 1st bridge.

Tree blocking the trail a few turns from Levan. I pulled some of the smaller branches away so you can lift a bike over it.
