Lakeshore Park/ Tree Farm is getting there. The first mile if you start at 12.5 and Dixon is super soft and rutted up, but good soil conditions for fat bikes to steamroll the ruts. I’d avoid if for a few days on skinnies.
So, fat or plus tires, go for it but try to aim for the high parts of the ruts to flatten them out. Skinnies, please wait for a few days, depending on if we get rain.
