We are having a big trail day this sat the 18th. So if you are thinking about riding, then dont wait ! Now is the time. We will be out there so if there are questions about where to go, you can find someone and ask. Maybe even think about comming out for the trail day then have some lunch w/ us and go for a ride :P Any questions, please call me @ (586)864-2578. Thanks and have fun !!!!! Mike

chain saw is good to bring for the new trail.. there are still some branches that need to be cut, STEEL RAKES not plastic ones.. a weed wacker would be good, also for the new trail sections....and good building skills for the switch back coming off of the wall

we started on the second ( the major corner) corner by cutting some small saplings...digging the grade and banking the corner by stacking a retaining wall and back bracing it.....now we have a huge stump to get out of the third corner and to brace the bottom of that corner.... oh yeah BRING AN AXE......its gonna be a sweet section. like a small bloomer

Switchback is awesome. I think it is a big improvement for the trail. It is in great shape, just in time for the race.

Hey is the whole trail open including the water crossing. I know there's a race this weekend. We want to ride Sunday, but don't want to make the drive if only two miles of trail are open
