I avoided the muddy spots and rolled on the side.

I agree with the previous poster - Widening the trail is worse than riding through the mud.

Both trees in the red loop are cut & out of the way, trail is clear.

There website says still closed as of 3/28/11. Hopefully real soon though, CSGA and Luton usually take a while to dry. :(

I checked out Luton for the first time this spring. It is ready to ride but please resist riding if we have had more than 3/4" of rain in a 24 hour period. Give it a day to dry out.
Saturday should be a great day for a ride, take notice of the areas that were rutted out by riders going out there to early.
Honestly I expected worse, so people are learning and I appreciate that!

excellent was thinking of doing the same on Sunday. Daughter has an all day V-ball tournament near the GR airport and wife has given permission to ride.

I was going to park at SGA and work my way north then maybe do another loop of the Ski area on my way back depending on time

Thanks to all the volunteers who worked at Luton on Saturday. Rode there Saturday and Sunday and it just keeps getting better. What can we do to get a time trial there?
