Did a lap in the gator today except for the island. I cleared all of the down trees. Trail is very icy. I did see two fat tire bikes and 6 hikers today. Trail was frozen hard but once we get temps warming up it should get muddy.
Mark and Lauren got most of the trails mowed and they said they cleared a lot of trees.
Let me know how things look from the mt. bike perspective when someone rides next.
We have our stihl hedge trimmers repaired so we should be able to get out sometime soon after this 90 degree weather leaves us and trim back some brush.
We had Jackson Field Office mow back some of the brushy spots around 13-14-15. I will try to have some staff get out Monday and clear off the cut brush and clumps of dirt.
I haven't gotten to the tree on the south side yet.
Rode it today and there is no need to apologize with the weather we have had this year the trail is in good shape except for the mowing . Thank you and your crew for all you do to make an enjoyable trail for us to ride . May even have to buy you an adult beverage or two . Bob
I was out Sunday Dave and everything was real good. Mowed nicely and no downed trees that i remember. I think the reroute of the downhill south of price is sketchier than the original downhill with the off camber right hand turn. Overall the trail is really good right now. Thanks for keeping it up.
