Brighton Rec: Torn Shirt & Murray Lake

Postby Chippewa93 » April 14th, 2013, 7:09 pm

Rode the full loop today, started out snowing, the some ice pellets finished with sun. The trial was in pretty good shape. Did see a lot of damage. Watch for the tree fallin over just as you cross the road back to the parking lot

Rode the full Murray loop before the rains came. Conditions were great. There are about three trees down; some could be hopped over if you were good, they all have work-around, but at roughly the 5.5-mile mark (doing the full loop, not based on the signs) there's a low-hanger across the trail that requires you to get off your bike and go under it. Not sure what kind of rain hit the area, as it was darkening up just as I finished; where I live got hammered, but I'm far from Brighton.
