Yeah, probably. :( I'll save it up for the weekend when it's supposed to be sunny and twenty degrees warmer! 8)

I'm planning for a 4 pm roll-out at Anderson, do all laps once and then ride over to Burchfield. Should be there by 5:30. I'll enter the park from the main entrance, so it would be nice if we can meet by the start/finish of the TT or largest parking lot.

see you there! (:guys... thanks for the invite. It will be good to ride with you,

Sure, why not. I will be tired and sore from work but what the *beep*, I'll just bring up the rear. See ya there.

It may not be so merry. Although the township was certain all the blue loop was on park property, the official survey disagreed. The blue loop is temporarily closed (unless you know the old route which you can still access), until we can reroute the trail.

Blue trail or not, I plan on being there. Been over a month since I've ridden trail. WAY too long.

Great turnout of ~20 riders, a few of whom were nice enough (and in range) to pose for this picture:

Nice turnout tonight. So long my friend. Keep the rubber side down over there, and watch out for all the snakes, spiders, kangaroos, crocodiles, sharks, poo flinging monkeys, and any thing else that can kill you.

To whomever moved the log... or whatever object that would have encouraged me to take the bypass on the Green Trail's ramp over the huge down tree: NOT COOL MAN!

No room to get enough speed over a drop means bad results.

Apologies to Bigredd, that drop will most likely be getting a sign. Being on a downhill run, I didn't think speed would be a problem. But still best to give some warning.

I haven't been out to look, but the snow didn't bring much water, so the group ride for tomorrow should be good to go.

Lastly, looks like MFawley and I will be joining a TCBA group ride tonight if anyone else is interested.

Glad I read this, I'm planning on taking my daughter out to ride Anderson on the weekend and speed for her is definitely a problem, there's no way she could handle a drop. It probably wouldn't have been an issue, though, since I ride ahead of her and would no doubt find it before she got there. But at least now I'm aware that it's a potential problem to watch out for.

I might even make this group ride tomorrow - what time does it start? Which parking lot? I haven't done one before ...

Shaun suggested 5:30. That seems good for me. Seems Thursday at Anderson is usually a mishmosh of splinter groups.

There is a bypass to the left of the drop.
