Trail at Hardy Dam

Hi just was wondering if anyone knows or can explain where this trail is at hardy dam. I live in grant and want to get back into x-country mountain biking and maybe racing Thank You

The trail isn't setup for Mnt. biking yet. Theres are some trails but there are for hiking only. Was haveing a hard time finding any info on the progress of getting mtn. bike trail built in that area.
