Even better turnout tonight. Had a great time riding with lights for the first time. :D
The new reroute section flows very well. Good work.
See y'all next week.

Agreed. I must say, sometimes it is really nice to sweep and not try to ride faster.

If anybody is interested I will be getting their at 5:30 ride at 5:45 to get a lap in before the 6:30 meet. This worked out good for me, I was able to get a couple laps in before dark.

Turning out to be a really fun group ride!

CRAMBA-IMBA chapter meeting for me as well. Not to dissuade you all from the ride, but 7:00pm at Rochester Mills. Come on out and see a bit of what's involved in actually getting trails like River Bends together.

On for tomorrow? It's looking good for some winter riding...

Same here. Even with a light dusting of snow the trail was in good shape yesterday afternoon.

Brutal ride out there tonight, but still a fun time. At least there's now a (narrow) set groove on the single track. It wasn't nearly as cold as last week either.

Maybe. I'll bring it either way. It needs a bit of cleaning, but you are welcome to it. :)

Rode tonight and had a police car waiting for me at my car. Nice guy and told me they do not want us in the main lot after dark anymore. He said to park outside the gates in the smaller lot and if possibe put a sign on the dash that your biking.

I plan to join you guys on this ride next week. Where exactly is the trailhead, and where do you all park? Thanks.

Take a look at the trail guide here: http://mmba.org/trail-guide/?trail=3

The black box shows the trailhead, and we generally meet in the parking lot fairly close to that. It's a large lot, but not so large that you won't be able to tell where a bunch of people with bikes are standing around.
