I think this is a great idea. I'd just go for lights and running it into the dark as well because... Why not? :D

That'd make Shamrock an even easier post-ride venue. Good beer and good burgers.

Perfect weather for tonight's group ride. Thx everybody for coming out.
Looking forward for next weeks ride. Lights are recommended for the second lap.

Dark laps can be done backwards as well.

Even though it was intended to be one way, it was laid out with an eye for flow in both directions.

That would put the second lap at a good time for you and also have it consistently timed with the well-known group ride at Stony the following night. Thus the time would be easier for people to remember.

Even better turnout tonight. Had a great time riding with lights for the first time. :D
The new reroute section flows very well. Good work.
See y'all next week.

Agreed. I must say, sometimes it is really nice to sweep and not try to ride faster.

If anybody is interested I will be getting their at 5:30 ride at 5:45 to get a lap in before the 6:30 meet. This worked out good for me, I was able to get a couple laps in before dark.

Turning out to be a really fun group ride!

CRAMBA-IMBA chapter meeting for me as well. Not to dissuade you all from the ride, but 7:00pm at Rochester Mills. Come on out and see a bit of what's involved in actually getting trails like River Bends together.
