Decided to try the trail for the heck of it this afternoon. The powder is very nice, but drifting makes it tough going. I bailed and rode the two track instead

So Hines was groomed? Seems like a difficult to groom?

May try with studs tomorrow after the melt and freeze.

Hope is not a good strategy.

I don't believe Hines has been groomed at all this year. Parts of Maybury was groomed. I rode the Hines trail on Monday, and it was mostly ice-free....the west end by I275 was icy, and there were a few other random spots. But with thaw/freeze it's likely all ice now.

I skied Lakeview a week ago or more and it was definitely groomed. Looked good and whatever was used to groom just barely fit between the trees in several spots. I didn't get to Riverview.

Lot of ice out there. With the latest 4 inches or so of snow I supposed it is covered, but underneath is good for studs or fat bike I suppose with some skills.
Hope is not a good strategy.

LV was perfect yesterday and RV was good. The new log feature is sweet, thanks Mike F!

Fixed up some ruts this morning on Riverview. Lake view was good to go last night!
