Homemade Natural Energy Drink for the Trail

I've started making my own NATURAL energy drink, you can add more to it like trace minerals drops, juices, and many other ingredents, I'm putting this energy drink in a water bottle on the bike, I also have another water bottle with pure water, or my camelback with pure water. This stuff tastes great, doesn't cost much, and works.

Coconut Water
maple syurp, experiment to your liking, starting with 2 tablespoons or so.
a pinch of sea salt

Thats all there is to it, the taste is amazing. Maple syurp has many benefits, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, even some health benefits, coconut water is also good for many good things, plus plenty of potassium, and electrolytes, its all natural thats the best part, well that, and the energy boost.

I get coconut water at Costo, 9 liter bottles (33.8 oz) for $17.99, Maple syurp for about $10 for 1 liter, so for less then $30.00 I can make almost 14 bottles @ 22 oz, roughly $2.00 a bottle.
We don't die from playing with bikes,
We die when we stop playing with bikes...
