Riverbends west

Has any trail building been proposed for the area directly
behind the bench that's just past the MUT river crossing
with the limestone wall? there's not much acreage but
it looks like some elevation change that could be used
for a short but challenging tech loop.

River Bends West is technically another piece of property between Dequindre and the river just south of 23 Mile. Jeremy and I looked at it a few years ago, but didn't think it particularly viable at the time.

On the other side of the river in River Bends / Woodall, there's old bandit downhill trails there. There's been conversations with the park about some things in that area, but that's only as far as it's gotten so far. It'd be good for a downhill flow/jump trail.
