As far as I know, you should have no problems. The park gates are not being closed at night and I have seen runners/hikers before 8:00am.

The trail was near perfect for riding last night at 7pm. There is one "soft" spot in a typical low area 1/2 mile or so after the Beck Rd trailhead, but it wasn't wet.

The annual Maybury Time Trial CPS / MCMBA Benefit Mountain Bike Race 2019 is coming to Maybury State Park Sunday August 25. Proceeds from this event help build and maintain your local mountain bike trails. You can register to race here: https://www.bikereg.com/maybury-time-tr ... nefit-race. If you're not a racer there are volunteers needed to help setup/take down the race course and course marshals during the race. Contact chisbang@gmail.com.

I never thought I'd see the day when Maybury hadn't dried out by the middle of July!

And see, I was thinking it could use some rain! It was dry enough in a few hairpin, downhill corners to wash out the front wheel and scrape up my knee. [emoji25]

Yeah by now it probably could and was actually pretty dry couple weeks back and I also have skinned knee to prove it! I went down just before the stump on the first hill re-route that now has a new line to the left a little too late for me!

ATTENTION MAYBURY MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDERS!
WHOEVER IS CUTTING A HOLE IN THE BOUNDARY FENCE AT 7 MILE AND BECK ROAD PLEASE STOP. IT IS UNLAWFUL TO DAMAGE STATE PROPERTY. IT IS ALSO UNLAWFUL TO ENTER THE PARK THROUGH AN UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANCE.

Tell that to the Police (or Park Ranger) when you are arrested for malicious destruction of property. If it's over $1000 in damage (likely), it will be a felony!

The area got hammered with rain yesterday evening and overnight.

There will be standing water. Please stay off the trail for another day.
