"Construction is scheduled to begin at Lakeshore Park Novi on Wednesday (6/12/19) morning (weather permitting). The beach, park shelters, restrooms and playgrounds WILL BE CLOSED until further notice. Access to the trail system will be maintained as much as possible throughout the project, however, access will be unavailable on Wednesday as the project gets underway. Following the construction kickoff, access to the trails will be available with limited parking at the park entrance on South Lake Drive. Trail users should park at Pavilion Shore Park, located a quarter-mile east of Lakeshore Park."

You didn’t see the giant signs instructing not to ride when wet or muddy? Or did you think that they didn’t apply to you?

Looks like the rain has tapered off today. I was hoping to get out tomorrow and buzz around at lunchtime. Is there someone here to like to give the "all clear" based on conditions?

I hope no one relies on trail conditions from macarone.

I rode Brighton this morning, which is one of my go to places when it's too wet to ride anywhere else. Brighton had just dried out enough that riders weren't doing damage to the trail.

Tree Farm is a great place to ride in the summer when it's dry and dusty everywhere else. It really should not be the first place you think about after a heavy rain.

Yeah Brighton or even the Hick handle rain better if in doubt.

Yeah I haven't even hit up tree farm yet this year. It's just been too wet out so far. I'm hoping sometime in July we'll start to see week long dry weather.

Tree Farm was pretty good this morning. Slightly slick but mostly dry.

Anyone know how much rain this trail got yesterday? Wondering if it's a mud pit or fine today, might ride after work here or hickory glen with the wife.

We just had a quick burst of rain here for about 5 minutes yesterday afternoon, I would imagine Lakeshore is probably fine.
